Where do you ship from?

We ship from Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California.  For local orders, free delivery is available upon request!

 

What days of the week do you ship?

Orders ship every day Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays.

What is your shipping cut off time?

Orders received by 3pm PST will ship next day as long as there is no issue with address, etc.

 

What shipping carrier does GOUD HAIR use?

All domestic shipping is sent via USPS Priority Mail.  All International shipping is sent via UPS, Fedex or DHL.

Do you ship internationally?

We do!  However, all customers are responsible for paying all duties.

 

What if my package is lost?

Please contact us immediately if you think your package has been lost in transit. Rarely a package may stall at a checkpoint but we will help you resolve this.
