Where do you ship from?

We ship from Healdsburg, California.

 

What days of the week do you ship?

Orders ship every day Monday - Friday excluding holidays. We only ship on business days.

What is your shipping cut off time?

Orders received by 12pm PST will ship next day as long as there is no issue with address, etc.

 

What shipping carrier does GOUD HAIR use?

All shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not. 

 

What if my package is lost?

Please contact us immediately if you think your package has been lost in transit. Rarely a package may stall at a checkpoint but we will help you resolve this.
