Returns FAQ

• Items must be shipped back within 21 days of purchase.  Items must be in their original packaging with bindings attached, unused and unaltered. Removing the netting around the hair extensions is permitted.

• Hair extensions must not be washed, used or altered in any way.  Non-hair items such as tools, beads, etc. must be returned in original condition with packaging.​

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

Yes, you are responsible for shipping costs during a return. Please make sure your return includes tracking - we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.​​​
